Faculty and Staff Collaboration

The GroupDrive Collaboration Suite enables simple file access and file collaboration amongst faculty, staff and students. Rather then e-mailing large files and manually compiling edits from multiple content contributors, all participants work from the same copy of the file, located within GroupDrive.

Collaboration can be done through a simple browser based interface, enabling faculty to work in partnership from their home, while traveling or when connected to the campus network. GroupDrive also includes client software that provides file access and collaboration from within the familiar interface of Windows Explorer. Files can also be accessed by the applications that faculty and staff frequently use by simply opening a file from within the application, and saving the file when changes are complete.
